Proper maintenance prevents unnecessary breakdowns, extends the lifespan of your equipment and ensures that your practice continues to operate safely and professionally.

Why maintenance is important

It is important to properly maintain your treatment equipment. This prevents unnecessary malfunctions or defects and provides insight into the technical condition of your device.

You can also use this information for, for example, health inspections, business insurance or internal quality control. We recommend having Laser Medical perform a maintenance service once a year.

The AquaFacial® and EMS Pro® do not require a periodic service appointment.

Minor service

Perform minor maintenance yourself

In addition to major maintenance, it is important to periodically supply equipment that uses demineralized water with fresh water.

Equipment from 2022 onwards

For diode laser equipment purchased from 2022 onwards, replace the water filter every 3 months in addition to changing the demineralised water.

Order water filter

Equipment 2015–2022

For Diode laser equipment purchased between 2015 and early 2022, the water filter must be replaced every 9 months.

Major service

Have major maintenance performed

During the major service, we check and maintain the most important technical components of your appliance.

  • Overall analysis
  • Replacing the water filter
  • Internal flushing of the water pipes and handpiece(s)
  • Electrical testing of the modules
  • Removing dust from circuit boards and fans
  • Equipment calibration
  • Replacement of demineralized water
  • Overall cleaning of the machine including protective wax

After selecting the device, you can choose a preferred time slot for arrival at our location. After the maintenance, you will automatically receive a message as soon as the device can be picked up again.

Pickup is available the same day until 17:30 at the latest. Would you prefer to pick up the device at a different time ? Please indicate this when making your reservation.
