Skin Type Analyzer – skin type analysis

The Skin Type Analyzer is a practical tool for analyzing and classifying your client's skin type prior to laser hair removal. The indication helps you choose the appropriate settings for the Diode ICE laser, in combination with the consultation and treatment protocol.

The device is ready to use right out of the box and requires no complicated installation. Charging or replacing batteries is not necessary. This makes the analyzer easily accessible during the preparation of your treatment.

Use:

1. Disinfect the test glass with alcohol before use.

2. Ensure that the skin to be measured is clean and free of makeup, body lotion, and other cosmetic products.

3. Place the test glass flat on the skin and press it firmly.

4. Press the white button. A light on the display indicates the skin type.

5. For skin type 6, no light will illuminate according to the instructions for use. If there is no signal, also check whether the measurement was performed correctly.

6. Repeat the measurement two more times to check whether the indication is consistent.

Use the result as a tool to assist your assessment; the measurement does not replace the consultation and treatment protocol.
