About the device

The YAG Laser PLATINA is our Q-switched Nd laser for professional tattoo removal and skin improvement. With a single device, you can offer a variety of treatments, allowing you to earn back your investment in no time.

The three included lenses make the device ready to use right away. You use the appropriate lens for dark pigments, certain colored pigments, or a carbon laser peel. This allows you to tailor the treatment to the treatment goal and your client's skin.

The user-friendly software and clear operating menus assist you in choosing the treatment settings. You adjust these to the application and the pigment to be treated.

Tattoo removal consists of multiple treatments. A course of treatment may involve approximately ten sessions, but the required number of sessions and the final result vary depending on the tattoo. Factors such as ink color, pigment density, ink depth, and skin type play a role.

Upon purchase, you receive a 2 + 1 year warranty. Our customer service is available seven days a week for questions and support. You are not tied to a mandatory service contract or subscription: even after purchase, you can turn to us for guidance and service.

Technical data

The technology behind the YAG Laser PLATINA

The YAG Laser PLATINA operates with Q-switched Nd. This means that laser energy is delivered in short pulses. During tattoo removal, the ink particles absorb the laser light and are broken down into smaller particles. The body then gradually removes them.

  • 1064 nm — dark pigments
    Used for treating dark tattoo pigments, such as black. The reaction depends on several factors, including the ink used and the characteristics of the tattoo.
  • 532 nm — certain colored pigments
    Provides an additional application for colored pigments. Not every ink color reacts the same way; the type of pigment and the skin type also determine the appropriate treatment.
  • Carbon lens — skin improvement
    Used in combination with a carbon-based cream. The carbon laser peel is aimed at refining the skin texture and improving the skin's appearance.

Multiple sessions are required for tattoo removal. The treatment settings, intervals, and the required number of treatments are tailored to the skin and the pigment to be treated.
